Mike’s Reflections

Drone Photography
FAA-licensed aerial photography that shows a property's full lot, layout, and surroundings. Added to any residential or commercial shoot across Metro Detroit and Southeast Michigan.
A Full-Lot Perspective
Aerial shots show a property's full lot, layout, and surroundings in one frame... something ground photos alone can't capture.
FAA-Licensed Pilot
Mike is FAA Part 107 certified, so aerial coverage is fully licensed on every shoot, not an informal add-on.
Added to the Same Visit
Drone coverage is added directly onto a residential or commercial shoot, no separate trip or extra scheduling.
Hand-Edited, Every Time
Every image is edited by hand for color, exposure, and straight lines, not run through a one-click filter.
Full-Lot and Surrounding Coverage
Aerial shots show what ground photos can't: a property's full lot lines, roofline, landscaping, and how it sits relative to neighboring properties, water, or the surrounding area. It's especially useful for larger lots, waterfront homes, and multi-building commercial sites.
Every flight is planned around weather and airspace rules. Mike is FAA Part 107 certified, and shoots are scheduled around calm, clear conditions for the cleanest results.

Waterfront, Large Lots, and Bigger Sites
Drone coverage adds the most value where the surroundings are part of the story: waterfront homes, large or wooded lots, and commercial properties with multiple buildings or a large parking footprint. Added to any residential or commercial shoot, not booked on its own.

What Agents & Homeowners Say
“Mike did a tremendous job. I wasn't expecting this type of work and professionalism due to the affordability, he also went above and beyond and gave valuable recommendations to promote and enhance the sale of my home (as well as moved some things around to make the home look better in photos). I would easily hire Mike again over any other company!”
Kunal Shah“Mike's photography is awesome! He's flexible on scheduling and offers high quality photos with quick turn time. His drone work has helped showcase some higher end and unique listings. Best in metro Detroit for real estate photos and other general photography.”
Greg Barnas“Mike goes above and beyond and provides excellent, professional real estate photography. We used him for multiple commercial properties for ground and drone images and would recommend to anyone listing in the metro area. - Thank you, Mike!”

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I book drone photography on its own?
Drone photography is available as an add-on to any residential or commercial shoot, not booked as a fully standalone service. It's added directly onto the same visit.
Is Mike licensed to fly commercially?
Yes. Mike is FAA Part 107 certified, which is required for any commercial drone operation, including real estate photography.
Does weather affect drone shoots?
Yes. Aerial shots depend on calm, clear conditions, so the drone portion of a shoot may occasionally need to be scheduled around wind or weather, separately from the ground photography if needed.
